BSVTECH Corp Trading (“BSVTECH”, “we”, “us”) is committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable services to all customers. This Warranty Information outlines the scope, duration, terms, and exclusions of product warranties and service support provided by BSVTECH.
1. Warranty Coverage
a. Rental Customers
Customers who rent BSVTECH products are entitled to:
- 5 years of free warranty and maintenance service from the installation date.
- Free filter replacements every 4 months (if applicable).
- Free scheduled maintenance every 2 or 4 months, depending on product type.
- Unlimited service requests during the warranty period.
- Full technician support (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting).
b. Outright Purchase Customers
Customers who purchase BSVTECH products outright are entitled to:
- 1 year of free warranty coverage from the date of installation.
- Service requests beyond the 1-year period may be chargeable unless a service membership is purchased.
2. Covered Services
- On-site inspection and repair by authorized caremasters (technicians).
- Replacement of internal parts that are faulty due to manufacturing defects.
- Cleaning, maintenance, and performance check-up.
- Customer care via mobile app (billing, appointment, product status, live chat).
- Reminder for service dates and technician visits.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The following scenarios are not covered under the warranty:
- Damages due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.
- Defects caused by power surges, lightning, flood, fire, or other natural disasters.
- Wear and tear, external damages, or aesthetic issues (e.g. scratches, dents).
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing by third parties.
- Products relocated or reinstalled by non-BSVTECH personnel.
- Use of non-original or incompatible accessories.
4. Service Suspension Clause
BSVTECH reserves the right to suspend service and warranty support under the following circumstances:
- Outstanding rental payments or unresolved billing issues.
- Failure to comply with scheduled technician appointments after multiple attempts.
- Abuse or offensive behavior towards caremasters or service staff.
Service and warranty will be resumed once payments are cleared and/or issues are resolved.
5. How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service:
- G0 to the BSVTECH mobile app.
- Select “Report Issue” or “Request Service”.
- Upload photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
- HQ will assign technician & set visit date & time.
- Track appointment status directly from the app.

6. Maintenance Renewal (Post-Warranty)
After the warranty period ends:
- Customers can subscribe to BSVTECH Maintenance Membership Plans.
- Plans include filter changes, technician visits, and extended repair coverage.
- Subscription can be renewed via the app or official website.
- To check product status, enter the CT Number (e.g., CT123456789) into the system.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Allow technician access to the product and location during scheduled visits.
- Ensure products are used and maintained according to product manuals.
- Provide honest ratings & reviews after every service visit via the app.
- Upload clear proof of payment (if paying via bank transfer or cash).
8. Transfer of Ownership
If a product is transferred to another user:
- The original customer must notify BSVTECH to update ownership records.
- Warranty coverage continues if product remains within serviceable areas and conditions.
- The new owner must agree to these warranty terms.
9. Product Recall & Replacement
In the rare event of a product recall:
- BSVTECH will notify affected customers directly via app, SMS, or email.
- A full inspection and replacement (if necessary) will be arranged at no cost.
