  • On-site technician support (via “caremasters”)
  • Subscription-based maintenance plans
  • Mobile application for billing, service tracking, review & rating, and support

Services may be added, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Orders, Subscription, and Payment

a. Product Orders & Subscription

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • BSVTECH reserves the right to cancel orders due to system errors or stock unavailability.
  • For rental plans, customers are required to commit to a minimum service period as per the chosen package.

b. Payment Terms

  • All prices include SST unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments must be made via available channels: cash, bank transfer, or payment gateway (e.g., SenangPay).
  • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt upload) is required for non-gateway methods.
  • Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or warranty voidance.

4. Delivery & Installation

  • Products will be delivered and installed by an authorized caremaster.
  • You must provide clear access to the installation site.
  • Signature and photo verification may be required upon completion.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics and availability.

5. Warranty & Service Maintenance

  • Warranty coverage varies for rental (up to 5 years) and outright purchase (1 year).
  • Scheduled maintenance and filter replacements are included as per the package.
  • Service may be denied for customers with outstanding payments.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and billing information.
  • Upload proof of payments where necessary.
  • Cooperate with caremasters during installation or service visits.
  • Submit mandatory product/service reviews and ratings via the app.
  • Maintain proper use of equipment as per guidelines.

7. Use of Website and Mobile App

a. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the BSVTECH website and app for personal, non-commercial use.

b. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the site/app.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools.
  • Upload any viruses or malicious code.

8. Suspension or Termination

BSVTECH may suspend or terminate your account or access to services if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • Fraudulent activity is detected.
  • You fail to comply with payment terms or misuse our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our site and app—including trademarks, text, images, software, logos—is the intellectual property of BSVTECH or our partners and protected under copyright law.
